Lots of ppl eat when they are upset. Knowing your weakness is a positive thing. Take it one minute at a time and know it will get better. My thoughts are with you during your time of loss. We are here for you, just reach out and we will all get you past this.

My idea of a cheat day, unless beyond my control of course, is to stay under cals and eat something not particularly healthy lol

The way it was explained to me goes like this. If MFP sets your goal at 1200 and you burn 500 in exercise, you can eat back the 500 and still lose weight. I try to stay under the total of the two. OR if I want something less healthy I burn more in exercise so I don't feel like I'm cheating (as long as i stay under still)…

if sausage and peppers work, why not cook up a batch, divide into meals and freeze them. Then just nuke them

You didn't gain it overnight (so to speak) so it will take time to lose it. Don't be discouraged, it will happen if your calorie intake is set right and you stick with it.

I can't use the aspartame because it causes mutliple sclerosis type symptoms which I found does happen to some people. i myself am a splenda fan, but it depends on taste for some ppl.

It might sound odd, but you can do arm curls and upper body stuff with simple things like cans of stuff from the kitchen cupboard.

I have sciatic and have had for years. ANY kind of impact hurts. But I have found i can walk for up to an hour and a fairly even surface. Not exactly high burning for sure, but I feel like it is a big improvement and my pain has subsided some.

sodas like pepsi 1 and pepsi max have the caffeine but are much lower in cals. you could try having just one of those a day for a while and see if it helps.

aim for 170 and see how that works for you as your goal

when mine start to go bad I peel them and freeze them for use in shakes and muffins.
