I absolutely LOVE that combo :) I'm a big turkey sandwich fan...also try adding a little cranberry sauce, or beets, or coleslaw, or a big slice of red pepper! 100 calorie bread thins are also great to keep the calories down!

I also make a stir fry...throw in some veggies and maybe a protein...and I've been using either a thai chili sauce or a thai peanut sauce (both made by kikkoman). As long as you monitor how much sauce you put in...the calorie and sodium levels aren't too bad!

I tend to make an extra serving of whatever I had for dinner and bring it to work to microwave for lunch. Often it's chicken with some sort of veggie, or stir fry, or I also make meatloaf and freeze it in individual servings to bring in to work...again with a side of veggie.
