I have been at this for 10 months and I have stuck to my 1200 calories VERY strictly for 5 days a week and on Saturday and Sunday I eat whatever I want. I've lost a lot of weight this way. That happens to me sometimes, as well, and I'll be interested to hear what people think. My weight gain after 2 days off has been between 2 and 5lbs. Like you said, maybe water weight from carbs and don't forget water weight from sodium!

i heard the same thing so i looked at the serving size and my jar (klaussen, i think) has 5 cal per serving, which is 1/3 of a pickle so the whole pickle has 15 calories. i have no idea if that's standard, though.

I'm not a nutritionist and I have no idea about the fat calories, (though I will say I have never heard that before), but I just wanted to say, don't stress too much! You don't want to burn out!
