besides just swimming there's water areobics and they burn a ton of calories. my local gym just started offering water zumba. so don't think you just have to churn out the laps in the pool.

I have a 2 pound fluctuation throughout the week. I stopped weiging myself every day. I noticed my best weigh in days are Fridays, after a good solid week of p90x so this is when I weigh in. You might want to try to find ways to burn more calories on the weekend. Do a double workout by adding cardio x, plan something…
