Try to get blister plasters for now, and then some anti-blister double layer running socks for runs. Defo worth the buy. They helped me immensely!

I personally find running on an empty stomach is better for not having stitches too. But if you have to eat before, make sure you let it digest a little first, or have a smaller sized meal.

Yes making sure you dont go hungry throughout the day is a good idea. Pre packing and bring your own snacks is good too. But if the cravings get too much, then have a little. not lots, just make sure you burn it off :) moderation!

i regularly eat dairy free products, and eat soya yoghurt almost everyday. its delicious. i have dairy intolerance too - it causes me to have rashes, that can be set off within a day of eating dairy. i've managed to cut it out almost completely, with the occasional small amount of cheese or butter eaten if its 'worth it'…

if you cant eat veg until its soft and slop then have u tried making batches of vegetable mash and freezing it in portions in the freezer? i like to do this as spending some time doing this can save you a whole lot of time in the busy week ahead. cauliflower mash is a good alternative to potatoes. parsnips, sweet potato…

i just take lunch, that way you know exactly what you're eating, what goes into the food, and the calorie and nutritional info.

its delicious as it is, mixed with oatmeal for breakfast, salad topper, fruit sauce to have with chicken, mix with other fruits for smoothies, add to cous cous or quinoa . hope this helps :)
