I eat back some/most/all. It depends if I'm hungry or not. If I want them, I know they're there. I don't go out of my way to eat them I just listen to my body. Sometimes that will mean I eat more the next day - but who cares. I didn't want the calories on the day so it would have been pointless to eat when I wasn't hungry.…

5'5, 105 pounds ... I've always been small (weight wise) but got to a point where I felt so uncomfortable within myself so have toned up and dropped 10 or so pounds. I just want to maintain/add more lean muscle so in turn increase my weight if need be :smile:

I always looked at a day during the weekend as being my 'cheat' day but I am trying to look at it differently - being less strict throughout the week so I don't go crazy on this specified cheat day I used to have. Still working on it.. :-)
