I never call it cheating - it's living!!! (Unless you have 12 burgers, 30 oreos, 9 hot dogs... then you might have a lil problem you need to address) E.g. last weekend me and my boyfriend put a load of highly processed food in the oven... Potato waffles, garlic kievs, garlic pizza, breaded chicken, fish cakes,…

Usually once every 1-2 weeks - on a Wed/Thurs or Fri (before my weekend treat and never ever immediately after it!) to ensure I'm not dropping much more weight due to having hit my final goal!

Quest bars!!!! 21g of protein, only a mesely 190 calories and they FILL you UP! Oh, and it tastes like a dessert. Always a plus. :drinker: I recommend Choc Chip Cookie Dough/White Choc Raspberry. They're an absolute godsend IMO, I just wish I didn't have to get them shipped from the US. But it's worth it for my babies.…

I watched it with my family and found it incredibly inspiring. 'That was amazing. That's it! We're juicing!!!! No junk. Only fruit and veg. We're doing this!!!!!' was the reaction of my family. And the intention stuck for about 24 hours.

The majority of people think of starvation mode as not eating breakfast, eating 1200 calories here and there, going without food for a few hours... as putting them in starvation mode. I kinda assumed they were thinking the same and asking if it was true in that sense.
-
Not a set amount - just an amount that puts you in a deficit. Starvation mode does not exist. Everyone is different. Most people eat back their exercise calories, or at least most/some.There's no need to create too big a deficit - it usually leads to a binge. :flowerforyou:

Girllllllll you have lost 50 pounds!!!!!!!!!! Do you realise how INCREDIBLE that is!?!?! You should be freakin proud. :drinker:

Today I woke up like a ravenous bear and had all my calories before 10:30am    I do that sometimes. Some people may have viewed that as a binge, but I felt my body was screaming out for food and it was all my usual healthy stuff. Getting up at 5am does bad things! It may be slightly tougher to…

You know, it sounds a lot like you're going through the re-feeding process. These 'binges' you speak of is your body's way of renourishing itself after lots of restriction. It needs the food. It's repairing itself. You can look into the refeeding syndrome by doing a bit of Googling - I'm definitely not an expert but did…

Good post, I'll drink to that :drinker:

I have the same kinda problem with visiting my boyfriend's parents. Whenever I stay at their house, ESPECIALLY weekends, they offer me so much food and when I turn it down get offended. Snacks and meals. If I was my own parents who were offended I wouldn't be too bothered, they'd get over it  but it's my bf's so I…

You can do it! 'You can do it Brucey! Bruce! Bruce! Bruce!' apologies I've just been watching Matilda. :blushing: But I echo what other people have said and I wish you all the luck!! Be in a reasonable deficit, and I also recommend Quest Bars because they FILL you UP and are only 190 calories. The Choc Chip Cookie…

300-400 calories usually, sometimes it can be upwards of 700 when I wake up like a ravenous bear. My usual breakfasts consist of Oats So Simple porridge with almond milk. 5'5 and 105 lbs, I've always been small and I'm only 19 at the moment so my metabolism is still raging! I've lost weight over the years when I became a little gym bunny. I'm sure I'll gain weight in the future and I'm REALLY hoping to gain some weight in muscle. I don't look sick, as others have described as…

Vodka. If I'm drinking in the house I pick to drink it with a different diet soda - makes it a bit more interesting than the regular vodka and diet coke. Diet limeade mm. But recently I can't get enough of Amaretto/Disaronno because it tastes SO GOOD but really don't want to look up the calories. So I'll just sit and drink…
