Have you tried the low sodium bacon? I don't care for the turkey stuff. And I have issues with sodium as well. So IF I absolutely have to have some bacon.....which my husband loves & cooks often....then I'd rather have the real stuff. Have you tried HealthyGirl.com? She's got a good website......has low cal, low fat alternative recipes for all kinds of dishes. Check it out. I'm just not sure there's a healthy substitute for PadThai noodles. I love 'em too........too much.
