David, I don't envy your journey, because you are going to get sick of eating, but here's the calculator I use, when i'm on a bulk. Granted, when i'm bulking, my maintenance is at about 3200 calories, so I'll usually eat, at most, 4k, and i'll gain weight. I don't have near your intensity though. I hope this helps.…

Honestly, at your size, I believe you are undershooting your calories quite a bit, especially with your cardio work in. Using a progressive over load routine, such as Madcows (http://stronglifts.com/madcow-5x5-training-programs/) , and making sure you are eating at 20% over maintenance "to start", you will put on muscle.…

My fear would be that your calories may be too low, especially working out 5 days a week. What type of workout do you? One thing I would do is to find your maintenance level for your calories, I personally use this calculator, and then add a 20% deficit from there.
