At least 1200 calories! If you are going to have carbs make it in the morning, lean high protein the rest of the day. Lots and lots of water. If you are eating fruit, check the sugars some fruit is higher than others......

P.S. If you were to tell your trainer of you intake he might tell you that what you eat is not healthy for your muscle structure... Mine says to boost up like a protein shake before you workout so that you have the energy to work-out hard and long...

3.88 unleaded and 4.29 diesel. Up here the price never go down more than a couple pennies. When summer gets here we all get that special summer blend. BTW what is that all about. Winter and summer blends. At one time fuel was fuel!

It seems that everything has sugar these days. I also go over on my sugar and have found with myself on the days that I stay within my sugars I drop a pound. Also I have noticed that if I shake you my diet and not have the same things day in and day out it helps If you use the shakes have them in the morning a few hours…

One pound a week is a safe loss and you will more than likely keep it off. In the long run, I do think that it is your goal. Diet once, loose it once and be healthy. Big loss is not healthy and in my heart they will be back in this room asking Why am I gaining it all back?

What is odd about this angle is that if it uses the hormones in the diet if any of you have been in the motherly way remember loosing calicum in your teeth, cavities having to take more of all vitamins. Lets say you use this and you get a fast loss of weight, what then? You are not in practice to eat right, no true workout…

I just start out slowly and some times you just have to make yourself. Once you do it for a few straight days you start feely better, sleep better...

Maybe bored, mad at yourself or a snacker in front of the TV type like most in the winter. Shave off calories from all day so you can afford a lite "I did well today" snack as a reward..

There is sugar it seems in everything. Like I have one cup of coffee, Equal or SPLENDA and it is the 2% milk that adds to my sugar count, yogart, fruit. Go figure you eat better and still go over. I just make sure I don't go too far over the sugar count, just keep an eye on it for myself..

I am the same way and what I have been tryin is rice cakes or popcorn, just popcorn no salt of butter. That or veggies and hotwater with lemon to help feel full. I think mine is nerves....

The thing is to remember this is not a race. For some it is a life time change to be healthy. You kinda have to think of it as a re-training of all the things that got you here in the beginning. Some weight might come off fast at first the key is keeping that small amount off. Its okay if the second week you don't loose…
