I can understand what you are going through. My lower back was really hurting last Thursday. So I took Fri, Sat, and Sun off and rest, ice and heat the area. Then on Monday did a light workout and last night a little bit more intenstivity. And this morning I'm feeling much better. Still a little twing so I think one more…

I didn't do my situps, but I was able to walk a little over a mile and I did 3 different arm exercises. My back felt a little better this morning. Back or not I'm not ready to give up!!:flowerforyou:

Hi Everybody!! I wasn't able to do anything this weekend. My lower back was bothering me something terrible. So I rested, iced and applied heat all weekend. It feels better this morning. Will go to the gym tonight and do a light workout to see how it feels. Hopefully fine!!!:grumble: :sad:

Good job on all your exercises!! I'm glad your husband took your scale away. You should only be weighing yourself once a week. Remember being women we have such a water flux that the scale always lies to us. :wink:

Hi All!! Well I did my situp/crunches last night at the gym. Mon - 0, Tue - 0, Wed - 150(Yea). I did just shy of 2 miles on the treadmill and 15min on the bike (can't remember how far I went). I want to see my back flat again and not see those stinkin' rolls. And I would love to see the wings gone on my arms, so when I wear tanks or sleeveless shirts I'm not waving at people. And of course the flat abs would be really nice too. :wink:

Hi All!! Well I did my leg exercises last night. And my cardio. But just couldn't do the situps last night. I got in 36 situps. I'm having trouble doing them. I was all ready to do them in the beginning I've fell apart on doing the situps. Help!!!

I only have 200 situps (thurs and fri) done so that means I'm 200 behind (sat and sun not done). Plus what I have to do today. It's so hard to get these done at home. I do better when I go to the gym. And I have to go bowling tonight so I won't be going to the gym tonight. Bummer!!! So I will have to try and get these…

Well I went to the gym yesterday and got my cardio in and when I was going to bed that night I realized I totally spaced and didn't do my situps. So I have to do Sat and Sun today. YUK!! :cry:

I did my situps last night. And our Trainer at my gym had a FREE question and answer session so I was all over it. What was even cooler was I was the only one there. Question about the pumpkin?!?! In the fall I cook up pumpkins and put it in the freezer for pumpkin bread and/or pumpkin pancakes. So has anybody used fresh pumpkin instead of canned!!
