Finished up a difficult month with a couple of 8 - 10 km runs for a total of 62.8 km (39.02 miles). Back into it properly in October! Thanks to everyone for running this again - much appreciated!

Bad month. Completed my first ever half marathon on very limited preparation (after being sick) though, and didn't run at all for the rest of the month following the "race" on the 25th, so even though I was nowhere near goal I'm not too unhappy.
