Probably not a rule - the only reason I can think for it to get deleted is that there might have been lots of threads about this in the past which have degenerated pretty quickly into moanfests, and admins are over it. Wait and see I guess. :-)

Sign me up for 120km this month. I have a half marathon on Aug 31 and feel like I need to up the distance a bit - wary of too much too quickly but hopefully that will be a good balance.

That's awesome, congratulations! I'm another with a goal of under 2 hours for the half - have to admit to being a bit jealous that you did it on your first. ;-) (My first one was last year, 2:03:39 which was good and annoying at the same time. :P)

One other thing (that I'm just getting my head around properly) - don't get too down on yourself if you put some back on - try to stayed focused on why you started in the first place. I'd like to aim for 125 km in November. Kicked off with 7.5 km runs yesterday and today ... Nov 4: 7.5 km Nov 5: 7.5 km Total: 15 km (9.32 miles) Also having had a mad week I don't think I updated my final Oct number and now can't find the final thread (which is probably locked anyway) ... made it to 115.1 km (71.52 miles).
