    I am trying to get in as many workouts, bike rides in as I can get. I leave for Florida in 7 days and mileage my be inconsistent for a week.

    03/08 - 1.0 miles walking
    03/09 - 13.0 miles biking
    03/10 - 1.0 miles walking
    03/11 - 14.0 miles biking
    03/12 - 14.0 miles biking

    Total: 100.0 miles

    3/4 - ran 5 miles
    3/6 - walked 1.7 miles
    3/8 - ran 3.1 miles, ran/walked 1 mile with my kiddo
    3/9 - walked 1.7 miles
    3/10 - ran 6.2 miles
    3/11 - swam 1500 yards = .9 miles
    3/12 - walked 2.8 miles

    27.4 / 75 done!

    I managed to move some today myself! I got a 1.4 mile lunch walk in followed by 3.0 miles on the treadmill tonight at the gym.

    19.2 miles added today... that should put me in the green for a day - since tomorrow isn't a mileage day (tomorrow is a cross training/try to turn my arms from cooked spaghetti into something a little more sturdy - ha)... but Friday will be :)
