I find that my workouts quickly run out of steam on an empty stomach, so I always eat a little before I go. I like banana and eggs with salsa.

I'm an uber nerd. Can I be your friend? :) I often will play xbox games when I have a food craving to avoid binging. Be my friend, be my friend, we can even xbox-resist-chocolate together if you use xbox live. :D

There's a brand of bread called Bakers Deluxe that is low carb and high fiber. I find that I eat one or two slices of it and I'm full up to my throat. That might help?

I don't think making overweight a social norm is a good thing. Even though it's becoming more common, it is unhealthy and "not normal" from a health stand point. No matter how active or otherwise healthy an overweight person is, the extra weight puts undue stress on his/her joints which is surely harmful in the long run.…

200 cal snack is nothing!!!! Don't worry about it. You can easily burn it off with a long walk. 400 cal for dinner is not that bad. Grill some fish with a side homemade caesar salad (light dressing of course).
