  • Hey Rach, Sorry I was one of the 13!:embarassed: Field trip in 100 plus degrees crammed into school bus with no A/C tends to addle my brains. On the plus side I think I sweated off an extra pound! I am at 176.8. Thanks!
  • Half *kitten* butt kicks:laugh: LMAO
  • Thanks harleygirl. How active were you before you started? I've been pretty sedentary. I started the 30 shred DVD and it's kicking my tushy (hopefully in hte right places  ) I found the slim in 6 series available on Amazon. Where did you get yours? thanks for all your help and inspiring me!
  • You get to shop in the main section of the department store; not tucked up in the "plus" department. Sitting in chairs with arms and not being afraid of them sticking to your hips. But, the towel wrapping around me every morning is my favorite!!
  • WOWZA! YAY YOU! You can really tell the difference. Your numbers are very similar to mine, but it's taken me weeks.....Tell me more about this slim in 6 Is it a book, DVD, supplement..???? Do tell PLEASE!
  • A clothes swap is a great idea!
  • I'd love to join. I still have 4 weeks left in this school year and the end of the year stress is leading me to temptation. I'd love to join and have some more accountability!!

  • Thank you for sharing these photos and your weight. It is such an inspiration. I see a huge difference in the two photos. You must feel great. It's nice to see proof that even if the scale isn't budging good things are happening
  • Thanks for all your hard work Rach! I like the chart. Go Blues!
  • Count me in! I did level 1 for the first time on Monday and about died.:noway: I felt guilty yesterday for not doing it, so today I'll try again. I really need the accountability of checking in with a group. Thank you, thank you!
  • Thank you everyone for the words of encouragement. My friends and family are all skinny so "overweight" would not be looked upon as a reason for celebration. Thanks for understanding and the support. I love MFP! Healthy here I come....

  • Good Morning Blues! I got 6 glasses of water yesterday, today I WILL get all 8 but I'm sure it's better than before. Thanks to everyone for such a supportive group. I had to log on this morning to recharge my motivation. One of my students brought me homemade lumpia (eggrolls) just now, still warm with her happy little…
  • I'm excited about the water challenge; I never seem to get the full 8 glasses. Could someone clarify for me what does and does not count as water. I know I sound dumb but does plain iced tea, or coffee count towards water? What about flavored waters crystal light etc? Rach, I sent you my start weight but I'll post it here…
  • Is it too late to join? I could really use some accountability and motivation! I've been lurking on here for a few weeks and MFP has really helped, but it's time to kick it up a notch!
