How much do you weigh and how much are you trying to lose? Believe it or not, with the amount of workout you're doing, you may need to increase your calories a bit more.

Yes, this happens to be as I am lactose intolerant. The more you expose yourself to lactose or foods who claim to be lactose free, but have casin in then, you'll most likely have this problem. However, you should probably consult with your physician.
