66 pounds in 2+ years. Yes, slow loser, but I am okay with that. First 30 pounds was in 5 months, but the rest was sloooow. I hit MONTHS to a YEAH of not weight loss movement at all. Almost at goal now. :)

As a West African, rice, rice and more rice is my issue. I always try to cut it out completely, but that never works. I try moderation, but honestly, that doesn't always work for me. I just can't give up white rice and African stew. Yummy! Seems like you are doing good with your plans though.

It's not a fad. I do IF (intermittent fasting) and my eating period is between 3 pm- 9 pm. I have my usual morning coffee. I also workout better at fasted state. This works for me well.
