Height = 5'11" - Larger frame (broad shoulders etc.) Lightest = ~160 (2004 - just after collage when I unfortunately got involved in some 'substance abuse') Heaviest = 275 lbs (Feb 2012 - This is where I started my current diet/exercise plan) Current = 214 Goal = Currently 180lb and we'll go from there :happy:
