If loving coffee is wrong...I don't want to be right lol. I am willing to lose weight and eat healthier, but giving up coffee will NEVER work for me! I have no caffeine related problems unless you count being addicted to coffee a problem! Good luck with your weight loss and please try to lighten up on yourself!!

I don't get hungary, and I have degenerative arthritis in my feet and knees (had all but 1 joint removed from top of right foot) so I can't do much in the way of excercise. It seems like every day…

Beginning weight 220.........need to lose 8.8 lbs. week 1 ...... weight 219 ....loss 1 lb :frown: 0.45% week 2.... weight 216.... loss 3 lbs. :happy: 1.37% lost! I'm almost caught up after a rocky start! Yay!!!
