I did a 5k run this morning, will do again Sunday, I have a day I between runs as I'm doing 30ds and Saturday is a zumba day too :-)

started it yesterday so tomorrow will be level 1 day 3! it certainly works you! i dont have hand weights so am using big cans of chunky soup until i get to a shop that sells them :-) I'm also doing couch to 5k and did week 7 run 2 today before 30 ds and have been wobbly all day - but hopefully the results will be worth it…

she does look fantatsically fit - but i think it's a shame she has to have fake boobs! To have to spend so much time and effort making her body perfect....then opt to go under the knife a few few pounds of silicon - uuurgh! (will duck and hide now :-) )

I'm just about to start week 3 of C25K and loving it. I do run outside though at the mo - even in the heat as have no access to a treadmill, so have a few hills to run up which just about kill me - but determined to keep going! Loving the ipod podcast to - using a British NHS one which is good. Good luck - have no advice…
