I want to know abt how much calories I need to re-eat to avoid going into starvation mood? I am currently at 1200 calories and I don't generally past 500 calories burned. About how much will I need to re-eat to avoid going into starvation mood?

Crap, crap, crap. Great article I think I've been guilty of NOT re_eating my calories (it does seem pointless) but I refuse to lose then gain again or have problems maintaining. Thanks a bunch for posting this. Bump Bump

Sunday is my rest day but I was in the mood so I did a 60 minutes yoga workout and later if the mood hits might put on my nice Shaggy albums and my favourite R&Bs and bump to that :-)

Am I allowed to say neither? I got a lot of junk in my trunk (it's my pride and joy) just wanna get it nice and neat, but I'm deficient in front I can't lose ANYTHING off my practically non-existent boobs (which I do love and have no intention of changing).
