Ok so I'm confused about something here...so the Leangains 16/8 is basically just skipping breakfast correct? Because I'm not sure I see how this would benefit over a regular meal schedule?

Before at 300lbs and during at 255lbs

I just figure if it's before midnight then I add it to the current day and resubmit my diary...if it's after midnight I throw it on the next days calories.

Alright, thanks for the advice guys. I'll definitely continue to lift then while I lose weight.
