  • What types of foods are you eating? I hear certain foods make you feel fuller longer. I think Dr. Oz has something on his website that talks about this. Good luck to ya!
  • Congratulations!!!! Losing weight and keeping it off is a way of life. I once heard someone say, "I exercise so I can eat." Anywho, it does sound kinda off because I am 5"4' and MFP has me at 1510 calories a day. I did notice that your activity level and that could have something to do with it. Good luck!
  • I just took a weight training class at my local community college which was inexpensive and fun. Besides surgery I would say weight training. You don't have to use a lot of heavy weights either. Good luck dear!
