Great ideas here - I'm more of a savory fan so I make this: 2% cottage cheese - add sliced green onions, about 1 tbl chopped walnuts, a splash of Worcester sauce and lots of black pepper. Eat that in a bowl or even better - stuff it into a homegrown tomato

I'm starting again, again and am much further from my goal. Just wanted to say it sounds like you are doing great and I feel your pain about finding time to exercise. I have twin toddlers and two older children and finding time to exercise is the hardest thing even when I know how much better it makes me feel.

That's great that you were able to lose so much weight prior to getting pregnant. I think the hardest thing about losing post partum weight is just that it's impossible for that to be your main focus. I think we are all in this for the long haul!

I just never think she looks like she's at a healthy weight, she seems frail to me.

We use ground venison to make sloppy joes - either just brown onions and ground venison and add the can of sloppy joe sauce or if I've got time I'll grate veggies and use tomato sauce and make it homemade.

Welcome - it's great to hear you had success with MFP before and I'm sure you can do it again.

I want to lose weight but not in a "I'm on a diet" mentality. I want to lose weight b/c I am changing the way I eat and exercise for the rest of my life.
