I have added Metamucel (smooth orange flavor) to my diet foods and it helps greatly. I take 1 tull tbsp w/8 oz of water twice a day. It will help you. I have less bloat than I have in my whole life. That stuff works! And it makes you feel full. I actually have no afternoon low cal/fat snack anymore. GOOD LUCK.

You can do it Hollie! Just keep right on trucking, don't give up. If you slip up, once again just keep going. I am DQ fan, thick vanilla malts...LOVE 'EM! I will be having one soon. LOL!
