Sweet jesus...Level 2 Kicks your *kitten*, literally! I looked like a crazy woman trying to do those jumps, then i had to go plaster my face to the TV to follow what the hell she was doing! But i managed to finish Level 2 - Day 1!

Great job Katie! I just finished Level 1/Day 10. I think my pants are fitting a bit tighter, but I think the weight is being distributed better on my body. I have taken measurements before I started the 30DS but I wont measure again until I finish Level 2. I hope i lose a few inches off my waist. Great job everyone!!!!!

Its one thing for your BF to ask you to dress up, as often I personally prefer a pair of skinny jeans, T-shirt and flats. BUT, its another for him to ask you to dress up because he wants to impress his ex. I am sorry to say but that is an A-HOLE move on his part, and totally disrespectful!

This totally seems manageable!!! i cant wait to finish the book and start. I think the books also has food suggestions, have you been following that or are you just counting calories alone (MFP) and eating healthy??

April - I usually do about an hour of cardio before the 30DS. I have been doing extra arm workouts as I am not getting much of a burn from Level 1. I am sure Level 2 will be totally different and kicking my *kitten* :)

Great Job Level 2's!! :) I finished day 5 of Level 1. I am just not feeling a burn anywhere (I workout out regularly). Do you think I should continue for the next five days, or just go to Level 2.

I am doing great!!! I am going to do Level 1, Day 4 tonight! I cant wait to get to level 2 so I can get a bigger burn and hopefully see results in my stomach. I don't plan on taking a break in between levels, hopefully just jump right into Level 2 after I finish Level 1. Let me know how Level 2 goes!!! :) :)

I started on Monday. I am not as sore as I thought I would be. I have also taken measurements, everyone on here claims that you see more results inch wise as opposed to weight. Good Luck everyone!!! We can do this. Those 20 minutes fly by fast!!!

I started last night as well, not too sore this morning, probably because my body is used to working out 5-6 days a week. I have a feeling Level 2 will kick my *kitten* though :) Its a great workout and certainly flies by so fast!!!

The gain weight can be from your muscles retaining water. Its is only 4 days, you have 26 more days to go. Your body may not be used to such a rigorous workout. Give it a few more weeks.
