It's not junk. However there is an diet plan, supplement, shake, workout routine, etc... for everyone. Find what works for you and stick with it. Everything works, nothing works forever. Biggest thing...ignore the trolls on here.

No way on the Soy, horrible for you plus the GMO possibilities. Regular milk is great if you need it for extra calories but look for grass-fed, hormone free, whole milk is fine...fat is actually good for you. Almond milk just good!

What are you making it with? Water, milk, juice...that could be a cause as well.

You have to eat more. Your body is in starvation mode and will store as much as it can. EAT more protein! Eat more fat (good fats) you get more calories out of them. Follow me if you would like to see what I eat. Also, don't worry about weight, lose the inches...the weight will come with it.

I'm in the middle of week 5...gotta tell ya, it is Insanity. However, this is where the results really starting coming out. Already see a difference from week 4. The recovery week in between the 30 days helps some but is needed. I think I will be shocked in a few more weeks. I'll have to post before/after.

Great results. I'm in the middle of week 4. Needing that recovery week, things have got a little redundant but I'm seenig some changes and still motivated.

There is a workout or system for everybody, just gotta find out what you like and works best for you. I understand the time, we have 4 kids so working out at home is easier. Then using a workouts that give you a good workout in the time you have help also.

Another issue I see is that you are not eating nutrient dense foods. Yes, you have limited yourself b/c you are vegan however eating whole, unprocessed foods will be best. Also, soy protein is horrible, especially for women. My suggestion other than eat meat for a better all around diet is to remove most of the grains your…
