I am also single, have a full time job and still live with my parents, I don't have a problem with that, I help out with the bills and save up, like several people have mentioned it's kind of a cultural thing, that you don't move out until you are married, so I don't mind waiting and saving up money lol

I guess if you eat later like right before you go to bed you don't move as much and burn those calories, I try to eat early when i can but sometimes it is so hard to eat early with getting off from work at 5 and then hitting the gym right after and come home at 8ish...
