To me the problem is obvious. You are 5' 8.5" and156 lbs. you don't need to lose any more weight. Your body is trying to tell you that.

I'm 5' 8" and an a size 4-6 at 145lbs at 140 my hip bones become way too prominent, and I look sick. I can't imagine going below 145 again.

I am 5'8" and carry weight from head to toe I am very big busted. Post babies I went on Nutrisystem and lost down to 140. I tried it in January and February of this year. Within four weeks I felt AWFUL. I decided feeling bad was not worth it. Now I'm drinking protein and nutrition shakes and counting calories and not only do I feel great but the weight is coming off even faster. I hope it works for you, I really do, but it didn't for me.

No. I do not exercise. I am in severe pain from the time I wake up in the morning until I go to sleep at night. Exercise is not even an option for me. But I have lost 17 pounds in the first 19 days on the program. And I'm not hungry. I'm sold.
