It certainly looks like more than 20 lbs! Congratulations!! You have inspired me. I just started a week ago, but am down 5 lbs. I'm excited seeing the actual black and white of what I'm putting into my body. - and calorie counts never fail to surprise me! Keep up the good work and keep us posted on your progress!
