Wow.... brings back memories for me.... I've always struggled with my weight and my husband (ex now) was blessed with no weight issues. Thanks for all of the ideas. It sounds like I'm about a month out of being able to even do the elliptical. I will continue to focus on the dr's orders, do the rehab exercises, and keep my diet clean. Thanks!!!!

I've made Kale chips, but never spinach. Do you make them the same way? Also, I notice that Kale chips are good when you make them but don't stay crunch the next day. Any suggestions?
