Hi there two slim fast and one regular meal and down 10 since Jan 1.

I've tried to eat breakfast, only to be starving a few hours later. I don't really like breakfast foods either. I'll wait till 10:30 and I'll eat a granola bar if I'm feeling hungry. Usually, I can wait until lunch time though.

I order what looks good and ask the waiter to bring a box with the food. I cut everything in half and, voila, without eating the whole plate I'm full and cut half the calories out. Then I know what is going to be for lunch tomorrow!)
