I had a reduction exactly 5 months ago today, I had a total of 7 lbs taken off. Best decision I made, so worth it. I am so much more confident in myself and I can exercise now without pain.

Just bought one this weekend. I used it to weigh 1 oz of cheese and I was suprised about the amount, I was over guessing before.

I drink apple cider vinegar but I water it down alittle. I also make cucumber and onions and let them soak in apple cider vinegar and water mixture, great low calorie snack.
