I hear ya! I was really sick and managed to gain 3 lbs back while I wasn't able to work out. BUT, Even when I had lost weight, I lost it all in my middle and upper body... I would kill to lose and inch my thighs! So take heart, you're definitely making progress!

Does anyone have any suggestions for music to work out to? I found a song that really get's me moving amd I'm looking for more. Check out "I can't wait to see you again" by Miley Cyrus, the beat is just the right tempo to keep me moving at a good pace. Any other ideas?
