i agree with you, but i am not completely depending on only herbalife shake to lose weight. i am just adding it to my routine to get some lbs off. thats it :) i mean i am just trying it if it works.. i believe in healthy food and good exercise.

thank you all for your replies.. I workout regularly 2 hours daily, but the problem is with my food, i don't know exact calories in it as its Indian food. So i want to go with herbalife shake for few months instead of my regular 2 meals. just few months before i used to walk about 8 km daily on my treadmill and lost 5 kgs…

no m not snacking , actually i workout daily so i am used to it. now just added herbalife to my routine subtracting meal.
