It's possible. (1) Don't drink during the week. (2) Cut your weekday calories significantly to make up for the extra you're getting on the weekend. (3) Put in a more intense workout on the weekends to further cut into the extra calories you're getting.

Go with Fruit. I snack on clementines all the time. They're tasty and only 35 calories a pop.
