Just a little but today dawned as a new day and all the Easter candy came to work with me so my co-workers could eat it all and I wouldn't have it at home. My son is grown but still make an Easter basket for him and my nephews. Had to get all that I didn't use out of the house. Thankfully, had dinner at my Mom's and left…

How about switching there regular potatoes to sweet potatoes? You can do about the same thing with sweet potatoes that you can do with regular potatoes. I actually like the seet potatoes better then regular potatoes.

I have a weakness for the Marshmellow Peeps. So far I only bought one package and made them last. Not buying anymore until I do the Easter baskets and then not many. My nephews don't really care that much for them so one package spilt 3 ways shouldn't be to bad.

Hang in there!!! This is not easy and the plateaus are to be expected. What motivates you on this journey? Maybe reward yourself with a new outfit, pedicure, massage something like that??? Anything but food or food related items. If you haven't tried Zumba as a form of exercise I can highly recommend it. It is a lot of fun…

I weigh in daily so I can keep track of foods that I might need to avoid that cause lots of flucuations. I only record it once a week.
