Hi all! I just started the program earlier today. I am hoping I am doing it right. I started with workout 1, A1 and do you only do two sets of each exercise? I have been lifting for a year, doing sets of 20 for 3 reps so this doesn't seem like enough for me. Any thoughts or advice? Thanks!!

I am going to have to go try on a the size of bra it says. I am wearing a 38DD right now but this says I should be wearing a 38G no way do I think that will fit. I would be swimming in the cups.

I agree up your protein and try to get as close to your BMR and I think you will see a change. I know once I adjusted my protein intake I started losing at a more steady rate. Maybe change up your percentages for carbs/protein/fat 40/30/30 would be my suggestion. Also try introducing some strength training.

Yes I let my teenage daughter go to the mall with her friends when she was 13 years old. I would take her and drop her off for a few hours and she is perfectly fine.
