I like it. I use half the dressing, grilled chicken, tortilla strips and I squeeze the lime over the salad for more flavor. It has I think 400 calories, or something close to that...works great for lunch. I say go for it. Yes it's high in sodium, just drink 2 or 3 more glasses of water.

my trainer says to use balsamic vinegar to taste and 1 tsp. olive oil. I usually leave out the oil. I mix in some cheese sometimes too. Or I use light mayo if I'm in the mood for it. (I'm not perfect heheh)

I think it just means minimal processed foods. Like, you eat fruits, vegetables, nuts, organic or grass-fed lean meats, low-fat dairy (organic) and whole grains. You'd want to avoid processed foods and extra added sugar. Like: a packaged cereal bar is not "clean eating" but almonds and raspberries are a "clean" snack. It's…

I don't understand how a powdered shake could be THAT healthy. Spend the $4 a day on fresh fruit and veggies. I have known several people that tried both Shakeology and Body by Vi, lost some weight the first couple weeks and then gave up on it due to cost. Just eat clean and exercise and you will see results. I am good…

You look amazing! Great job :)

Wow, good job, you look amazing :)

Nike Free TR have worked well for me so far!!
-
I think of them as granola bars with a few more calories. They are filling and delicious. I eat them after dinner if I get hungry. My favorite is Chocolate Peppermint Stick

Nike Free TR is a cross-training shoe that's very versatile. I use mine for Stroller Strides, Jazzercise and walks around the neighborhood with the family :) They're light and cute- I wear them to book club, dinners with friends, my kids' activities and to the mall. They have several different patterns/colors/styles too :)

I will be having mostly white meat turkey, plain green beans and salad, but I will be having small servings of mashed potatoes, gravy, sweet potato casserole, and a dinner roll. I will also be having a piece of my pumpkin butter cake bars! It's a holiday! In order to be successful and adapt to a "new way of living" you…

If you're trying to be healthier, I'd go with the wheat bread because it has 4g of fiber and it's more filling, but if you like the flat bread, go for it! I truly believe in "everything in moderation" and if you eat what you like and stay within your calorie goals, you're going to be successful. I lost 10 lbs. last summer…

I've never made anything else except rice, but I use the Lundburg (gluten free) wild rice mix with Trader Joe's low sodium chicken broth. It's delicious!!!!!
-
I used it during my pregnancy. I was on bed rest for the entire 2nd half, so I really had to watch what I ate since I couldn't even leave my house- I gained 32 lbs. I set my goals to "maintain" and gained about 1 lb. or so per week, and gained about 2 lbs a week the last month. I had an almost 9 lb. baby though :)

I get the oatmeal, iced coffee and egg McMuffin, which are part of the Monopoly. I let my son have a smoothie and some of my McMuffin and oatmeal- and I only feed him super healthy food. I don't think there's anything wrong with occasional McDonalds :) I think if you "ban" foods, you will never be able to stick to a diet…

The lunch portion of Capellini Pomodoro is about 490 calories! Many vegetarian friendly lunch portions of pasta dishes are about 500 calories. You could do soup and salad- it's probably the healthiest option! It depends on what you have a taste for :)
-
The Southwest salad is pretty good. A McChicken sandwich is 360 cals....a 6 piece chicken McNuggets is under 300 too. You can get oatmeal and iced coffee (around 400 calories) yum! I've totally been in situations where I "had to" eat there- If I'm with my family and they stop there...I'm not going to skip lunch or dinner…

Well, Dr. Oz recommends Shiratake noodles too, so I don't think it would be ...bad for you, but: I use Barilla Plus pasta, which is rich in Fiber, Protein and Omega 3. If you only have 1 serving, it's 200 calories. Still a lot, but you get the extra boost of essential nutrients :)

My favorite is cut up chicken breast (1 inch cubed), with a can or 2 of 98% fat free Campbell's Cream of Chicken soup on top. I also add some poultry seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder and pepper. Put it in for 3-4 hours on high or 6-8 hours on low.

Lightly active for sure! I'm also a SAHM (with only 1 kid) and I am up and about all day! I can't turn my back on my son at all! Between dishes, laundry, diaper changes, cleaning, playing toys, errands, etc. I would definitely say it's at the level of someone "on their feet" all day!
-
Hmm...maybe add 200 extra calories a day: a bowl of oatmeal before bed. It is filling and will help with supply! :-D I had 1800 (I weighed about 175) and consistently lost- I know everyone is different, but EBF burns about 500 cals a day, which would make your bare minimum daily goal 1700 calories. Make sure you are still…

Funfetti cake with Nutella filling and funfetti frosting!!!! The entire cake! Pizza Penne Rosa from Noodles and Company Ciabatta bread from Noodles and Company Chipotle burritos Regular Pepsi Regular Full fat with whip frappuccinos from Starbucks Godiva truffles Oh grossssss- no wonder I'm overweight :(

Favorite: Half Baked & Red Velvet Cake (new) Least Favorite: the Pistachio one (don't like pistachios lol) my husband's favorite: AmeriCone Dream
-
I can't even have that stuff in my house lol If I buy it, I will eat the entire jar in less than a week :/ About a year ago, I gave it up completely. The 1st week of my diet, I just stopped eating Nutella and didn't change anything else- I'm really embarrassed to say this, but: I lost 4 lbs. in a week! I typically have…

Maybe try the Starbucks bottled Light Mocha frappuccinos- they are only 100 calories! They are expensive though...$6 for 4 of them. But it's way cheaper than going to Starbucks 4 times. Also: Sugar Free Hershey's syrup, skim milk and/or sugar free DaVinci syrup (caramel, hazelnut and vanilla have sugar free) can be added-…

Yeah, it's new!!! http://www.chipotlefan.com/index.php?id=newsitem&newsid=36 It tastes exactly the same, too :)

Burrito bowl with brown rice, black beans, chicken, salsa, corn and lettuce!!! Here is a nutrition calculator: http://www.chipotlefan.com/index.php?id=nutrition_calculator Chipotle is yummy and you can totally make it healthy :)

I don't think there is anything wrong with McDonalds....as long as you don't go there every day. My best friend is a size 2, and she eats there probably once a week....she's also a busy 4th year PhD student and grabs food on the go- My husband has had McDonalds breakfast once a month or so since he was 3 years old. He is…

Please: sent it to his current girlfriend. If I were his gf, I'd totally want to know about that. Block him, don't give him your shirt lol! That is really weird.

So....what does everyone think of Anna? Do you think she's a good trainer? Some times I think she is, and some times I think she isn't. Like, I do believe she is very patient with the Older group, and she's creative in thinking of new ways to challenge them and relate to them. However, sometimes I feel like: Bob has his…
