I am a SAHM and I've never worked since we got married....so: if we didn't have a joint account, he'd basically be giving me an "allowance" which is not okay haha. I'm a Dr. Oz fan....and Dr. Oz recommends limiting juice all together. BUT: If you are going to have juice, he says to have- Calcium Fortified Orange juice and no more than 8 oz. a day! I think I remembered reading that drinking milk helps with weight loss because it helps eliminate belly fat

yes...after I found out that Jillian Michaels is a huge fan of them lol. They are okay, they're made from dried figs or something, so they kind of taste like raisins no matter what flavor you buy...but they're much more natural than say- Balance Bars.

I don't mean to be rude, but just to let everyone know: Target sells boxed pumpkin pancake mix, and you know exactly how many calories you're getting, it takes 5 minutes and it's pretty similar ingredients...just thought I'd share :)

8 oz. vanilla soymilk (or regular skim milk), 1 packet Carnation Instant breakfast, some frozen berries, 1/2 a banana, maybe some ice cubes- tasted like candy, and gave me TONS of vitamins. I drank it very slowly and never threw up. GOOD LUCK!!!! :)

Barilla Plus is my favorite. You get a high serving of protein, fiber and Omega-3 with each box! I eat roughly 1/4 of the box, which is 370 calories (not too bad for dinner!)

That does NOT sound right at all...yeah, it matters what type of calories you are eating...but: only to an extent- I ate 1500 calories a day in college (lost 25 lbs.) and could only afford frozen dinners, Lipton pasta sides, cereal, etc. Definitely see a doctor!

Honestly, I had such a tight budget in college, I had to eat things like: pasta sides and cereal...I couldn't afford much fresh produce :( A bag of generic cereal for $5 gave me breakfast for a month!

I get an: Iced Grande Nonfat No-Whip Mocha (170 calories) but I totally budget my day around this, and make up for it in other areas :-D My Mocha plus 1 cup of multi-grain Cheerios (110 calories) for breakfast!! :)

When I do this, I go to Panera: 1 bowl of black bean soup: 110 calories 1 half Greek Salad: 190 calories NO bread 300 total calories! :) or you could totally make the same things at home: a basic soup and salad!

P.S. My best friend eats at McDonalds on a regular basis and she is a size 2 lol She just understands moderation, she doesn't snack very much and she practices portion control.... She'll get a cheeseburger, small fries and water...she has always been like this, I envy her hehehehehehe j/k

ME! I have 10 lbs. to lose so that I can be a normal BMI....my weight is definitely working against me though. Ever since I stopped BFing and TTC again, my ovulation has been off....hours of research made me realize that my weight is working against me :(
