  • How many times a day are you eating? It might be a good idea to eat every couple hours in 200 calorie portions. Breakfast 200-250 Pre-lunch (10:00 AM) 100 - 200 Lunch 200 - 300 Post Lunch Snack 100 - 200 Dinner 200 - 300 Post dinner snack (if calories allow) 100 - 200 calories. Also, make sure you're getting enough sleep.
