  • Been looking to add some myself since it's the bulk of my exercise. Currently using Jillian Michael's Burn Fat Boost Metabolism, have a love/hate relationship w/ it lol! LOVE her videos & heard kickboxing one is fab! Feel free to ad me if your looking for more support :)
  • I have tried the Skinny Girl drinks, they are good. My go to low-cal drink is Seagram's 7 paired w/ whatever low-cal drink..... I use flavored water, bubbly or not. Ice is newer & has many flavors, also usea Dt. 7up in past. It's very refreshing & under 70 cal per shot!

  • I'm 5'3 and currently 140, hoping to get 125-130. That being said, looking more for healthy BMI / Body Fat%, so adding more muscle (lots I hope!) and losing fat will make things fluctuate. Before my last child I dropped to 117 and looked too thin without enough muscle. Keep working hard :)
