Agree with Jillian videos, LOVED them and also how I started. I ONLY workout at home, babysit lots of little ones all day (3, 23mths,18mths & 14mths!), have 3 of my own (16,14,11) & am ALWAYS running them somewhere or at a game. I almost only use their naptime, plus I NEED the outlet! Lost over 40 lbs in about 8mths & kept…

You have a pretty face..... when they're obviously leaving out the other part in their mind lol!

Never drank coffee til last year, NEED the boost now lol! I put some in my protein shaker (I use 4-7oz), then add chocolate protein, then some ice and sometimes a little water for more liquid. SHAKE away and you have a healthy mocha :) I freeze just the coffee in the cup during my workout too, makes it more like a freeze!…

WTG! I stink at upper body strength! Added lifting recently and hoping that will help. That is VERY impressive :)

You will have a blast! Plus, you will be walk ing a ton, GREAT bonus! We went 2x, plus last fall Universal and I'm queen of packing! We could take ANYTHING in & w/ 3 kids and a hungry husband, that REALLY helps! Any fruit, especially apples, you can freeze grapes/berries to keep colder. Any veggies, especially carrots,…

OK, THANK YOU for posting this! A few of my favorite comments that I agree with from others so far are; "It made me realize what I usually think of AFTER I eat bad foods....now hopefully I will think of them BEFORE and not eat it." and "I always tried to get the food down fast before I had time to think of any of that."…

WOW! These are the moments that can be used for PURE MOTIVATION! So happy I clicked on this to read! Congrats on your accomplishments and keep up the hard work, OBVIOUSLY it's working on MANY levels :)

I'm 5'3, currently around 138 (just put on a few lbs!) and looking to lose about 15. Not sure exactly b/c I have a lot of fat and want to add a lot of muscle, wherever that lands me is good! I want a good BF%, right under 20% sounds great to me, but I have a ways to go! I was doing well, but severly slacking the last few…

I'm 5'3, was as high as 180ish. Lost most after 1st 2 kids, couldn't after 3rd til last year. Went down to 133, broke my foot, then up to 139 through the winter. Since, I'm around 134-137 depending on the day, wanted 125. Need serious toning and have lots of lose skin, w/o surgery and with added muscle I'm thinking around…

Would love a challenge, been on here since beginning of this year and haven't done one! Workout only at home (videos, elliptical, hand weights, bike, etc.) Been at a standstill for a few months and need a jumpstart kick i the booty :) Need to lose maybe 10lbs, but really focused on building muscle. :):)

I like the Banish Fat one, but it is a lot of jumping, not the most I've seen. After doing just that for so many weeks I realized it was too hard on my foot (broke it last yr) and I'm best just mixing it in. Interested in responses on this also, love her vidoes :)

My stomach, or so I guess it's still called, looks like a pile of mush. Most of my fat there is gone & it's been 9yrs since my last baby. Hoping over time it will tighten some from losing weight, but grossly I can bunch mine up & hold it like a squishy ball lol :( Love my kids, but it's gross and not going away. As for…

This is one of the best support systems I've ever come across! LOVE it! Use your food diary as best as possible & this helps tremendously (it was a wake up call for me to see it all). You can do this, you just have to want it bad enough b/c it's not easy. Feel free to add me & I'll support you :)

I had to up mine to 1400-1500, especially when exercising, in order to drop some weight. I never eat ALL my exercise calories back, but definetly need some more on many of those days. Give it a try to add a little more, especially protein :)

Feel free to add me, I will def support you! Mom of 3 & cooking can be challenging to keep all happy :)
