Online cardio programmes

Having tried/looked at lots of different cardio DVD programmes, I've decided I get bored easily and so following a single programme just isn't for me. So I'm looking for a range good sources of online programmes that I can do. I don't mind paying but I want to do lots of different things. Any suggestions?

Not sure if you've only got a DVD player or some other device but DVDs are obviously a bit limited as to what variations they can fit in in an hour or so.
I invested in an Xbox and I've got the Xbox Kinetic Training DVD and that's a lot of fun - Jumping through holes in glass walls, dodging footballs that are coming flying towards you, hurdling over stuff etc
It also gets harder as you improve so it changes quite a bit and you can change the exercises by switching from fitness improvement to weight loss to flexibility tec
For me that's the best thing about the Xbox is that it makes it harder as you go along and get fitter and if you get bored you can just switch training from fat burn to strength training for a while and then back again

Tyr your local library. I've gotten some good stuff there. I also enjoy the BeFit channel on YouTube they have tons of stuff. I think bodyrock.tiv and zwow on YouTube also have good stuff, although I haven'tpersonally tried it. You could also try making up your own HIIT type circuits with different exercises like burpees, mountain climbers, squats, lunges, jumping jacks, etc. Or perhaps visit the Crossfit site and chekc out the workout of the day and adapt it for yourself.0

I'm in the middle of a 15 day trial for thegymbox.com ... It's $10/month for unlimited streaming of a variety of workouts--step aerobics, kickboxing, yoga, strength training, cardio dance, etc--with new ones added weekly. I like it so far, but there are a bunch of different sites that offer the same kind of thing.0

There are some super awesome ones here. http://www.youtube.com/user/FitnessBlender
Though, they are a little boring. There are some videos that have a timer at the top right and when it gets to the end of the time for that exercise, then the top left will show you what is coming up. So I will generally mute it and put on some music.
This is one of my favorites: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ocWjGpBrTjg
The Library is another great resource.0 -
