AMAZING. Thanks for posting. It has encouraged me to continue using the weights. I always start to gain weight when I lift so I then give up...but OMG your arms in 1 month have done the trick for me...I will keep going this time. Thanks for posting.

Way to go!!!! I started at 206. on MFP. My highest was 217. Anyway, I have exactly 31 pounds to go. It's been slow and steady but I am so determined. I know how yyou feel because I was THRILLED when I finally hit the 190's and now I am a woman of the 180"s striving next for the 170's. KEEP PUSHING ON!!!

I have the tapes did one complete round. Did not lose weight but sure looked better. My figure did change. Problem is that after I finished I let myself go back to my old ways.
