I lived in Australia for a few years, during that time Branch Snakes were an issue ( tree braches that suspiciously like snakes from a distance). My wild imagination is usually the biggest threat.

My favourite weekend breakfast is Sautéed Mushrooms and Spinach on toast, Occasionally topped with a poached egg.

I have only had bad experiences with mine. Bought it in October, by January the band had torn in two and was replace under warranty. A week later the tracker stopped working, their Customer Service has told me that the tracker will be replaced under warranty and should have arrived 3 weeks ago. For me, it has not been…

In Australia I've seen people cycling with zip ties attached to their helmets ( this is for the swooping Magpie problem); Perhaps you could fashion a fancy zip tie hat. http://www.wikihow.com/Keep-Safe-from-Swooping-Australian-Magpies

I can't really give advice on a full marathon yet as my goal is to run my first in 2015; however I have run races up to 14KM and this pretty much sums it all up. http://theoatmeal.com/comics/marathon_do

I like to add some finely chopped raw red onion to mine. As the burgers cook the onion juices add flavour and also help to keep the burger from drying out.
-
I like to take packets of flavoured couscous. It's fast and all you need is hot water.

I have the same problem with women's shoes,, I have really wide feet and always get holes. I have found that men's shoes tend to be a bit wider and I have been able to avoid the "toe" holes. A running store should be able to assess how wide your feet are and give recommendations on which shoes would be best.

Mine change frequently. Currently it is Clarity by Zedd, I do also like Burn by Ellie Goulding.

I'm currently reading Running Like a Girl by Alexandra Heminsley.

Currently I cant get enough of : Ricotta and Honey on toast Rockmelon - I've been know to eat over half a Kg of it per day. This is interchangeable with Watermelon. I found a jar of peanut butter mixed with maple syrup in my local grocery store yesterday. I think this will be my new favourite thing.
-
I love a slice of extra old cheddar cheese with a little bit of natural peanut butter.

I like to have "stuffed" sweet potatoes. You bake them until tender, scoop out the innards. mix with desired ingredients then pop it back into the skin. My usual has black beans, coriander, cumin and a bit of cheese mixed in. After putting the "stuffing" back into the potato skin I will usually bake it again for a few…

I usually keep mine simple. If it's a skin on piece I will add Salt and Pepper, place skin side down in a cold pan then cook over medium heat. Starting in a cold pan helps making the skin crispy. I do also enjoy baked salmon, I will usually brush it with a good mustard or with a maple, ginger and soy glaze.

You could try to work on the tight spots with a foam roller. I usually have to do this about once per week, it hurts, yet feels so good at the same time.
-
Yes! I love a giant salad. I will frequently use an entire 200g bag of lettuce mix plus additional veggies. No need for a plate, as I will eat it right out of the large mixing bowl.
-
You can also easily peel eggs with a teaspoon. Hold the "eating" side facing the egg and gently move the spoon under the shell.

I really like the Juno made by Moving Comfort. It gives a lot of support and also gives you a nice shape ( no pancake boobs).

I like to have stuffed sweet potatoes. Bake sweet potato until tender, scoop out inside and mix with veggies, black beans and seasoning. Put potato mixture back into potato skin, top with a touch of cheese and bake until the top is golden. Another favourite is mini omelettes baked in a muffin tin.
-
I made a big batch of Muffin Pan omelettes and had 2 for breakfast; along with a piece of toast with Vegemite.

In the past I have paid up to $170 for shoes. I have "man feet"...I'm 5"3 and wear a wide size 10. Women's shoes don't fit properly, so I have to pay more to get men's shoes. I managed to get a $60 discount on my last pair because the colour was discontinued.
-
I also live in a shoebox. My free space for workouts is just slightly larger than my yoga mat. I have a good routine going with a couple dumbbells and extra plates. I use my weight setup about 2-3 times a weeks and I head outside to run about 3-4 times per week .

I'm not turning 30 but I am turning 29 for the 2nd time in April....

I love my RoadID also, not ashamed to say that I have 7 different coloured bands and my band colour usually matches my running outfit for the day. I gave up on headbands long ago, it's was just too distracting constantly adjusting them. My Lululemon baseball cap get worn on every daytime run.

I'm a DD - E and am in love with Moving Comfort Bras. In particular the "Juno" It gives me a nice shape ( no pancake boob) and there is zero bounce which reduces that chance of head injury greatly!

That sounds like a great goal! Mine is to run a Half Marathon distance in 2014. One suggestion that I have if you are planning in running with a smart phone; Runkeeper has a good selection of free training plans that you may find helpful. I have used them and found that each day is slightly different in regards to speed,…

I remember this feeling well. It took a while to get over the fear. When I first started running I used to walk a kilometer to my run start point which was a trail outside of town. My advice would be to go out there and focus on you. Concentrate of your form, your breathing; you may find that by focusing on this you mind…

I have used a Balance Board in the past. It helped with balance and also helped with my previous knee injury. For an extra challenge I would do squats on it.
-
I swear by the Juno Bra by Moving Comfort. I'm a DD - E and there is zero bounce with this bra.

I understand your frustration with the scale. For me the number on the scale has become an obsession at times. Thankfully my scale had an unfortunate accident while I was cleaning a few weeks ago...it shattered into hundreds of glass bits. I have decided that weigh-in's at my bi-weekly Plasma donations will be enough to…
