I was in the same situation. I finally cut out the white carbs and sugars. I log in 1200 cal a day, exercise 3-4 times a weeks and I finally started loosing again.

Water walking is a great low impact exercise. There are many people at my gym that come for just that.

I just looked at my weight tracker for the last year. What a yo-yo it has been. I have to say that when my jeans start getting tight I go right back on myfitnesspal. This is a great tool for me. My jeans are tight so I'm back on. :)
