Today it was a chopped salad with shredded lettuce, chopped cucumber, diced grilled chicken breast, garbanzo beans, black beans and a little bit of light italian dressing. I also had an apple, orange, some lentil chips and a cheese stick.

I have one cup of black tea in the morning and sometimes in the afternoon I'll have a cup of chai tea but other than that, I mostly just drink water. I'll have iced tea if we go out to eat.
