  • Whey protein makes for a great shake in the morning - I always add frozen fruit too. The hard boiled eggs are a good option. I add a container of Greek yogurt to my oatmeal - that's a great way to add protein. I'm not a big fan of Greek yogurt but I actually have acquired a taste for it now.......hope this helps!

  • Hi Andrea! I've got 20 or so to lose myself. I noticed that I do a lot better when I track my calories - keeps me in check. I too use it online as well as on my phone - I love how it immediately syncs so I have access no matter where I'm at. Good luck to you!
